Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love what you receive.

Return window: Unused items in their original packaging may be returned within 14 days after delivery.

Return shipping: Customer pays return shipping unless the item is damaged, defective, or the return is due to seller error.

To initiate a return, email hello@whisperbloomnyc.com with your order number and reason for return.

Please note: candles that have been lit, crystals that show signs of use, items whose tamper-evident or fragrance seal has been broken, and items marked Final Sale are not eligible for return.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please email us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs of the item, packaging, and shipping label. We will review and resolve eligible claims promptly.

Refund processing: Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days of our receipt and inspection of the returned item.
