We want you to love what you receive.

Returns: Unused items in their original packaging may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a full refund to the original payment method.

To initiate a return, email studio@whisperbloomnyc.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide a return shipping label for domestic orders.

Please note: candles that have been lit, crystals that show signs of use, and items marked Final Sale are not eligible for return.

Exchanges: If you would like to exchange an item, please reach out and we will do our best to accommodate you.

Damaged or incorrect items. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please email us within 48 hours of delivery with a photograph. We will resolve it promptly, without question.
