Refund policy

Each piece is artisanal and contains natural crystals; slight variations are signs of soul.

At Whisper Bloom NYC LLC, we craft each product by hand, with intention. Because of the artisanal and sensory nature of our offerings, we maintain a carefully considered returns policy.

1. The Nature of Our Products

All Whisper Bloom products — including hand-poured candles, crystal-infused vessels, and aromatic botanicals — are made in small batches. Natural crystals vary in shape, color, and formation. Hand-poured wax may exhibit minor surface texture variation or slight contraction upon cooling. Artisanal soap may contain microscopic air pockets. These are not defects. They are the irreducible signatures of the handmade.

The following are not considered quality defects and do not qualify for return or exchange:

  • Variations in crystal shape, size, color, or surface texture
  • Minor surface irregularities in hand-poured candles (frosting, slight sinkholes, textural variation)
  • Subtle differences in scent intensity between batches
  • Natural color variation in botanical or mineral materials

2. Return Eligibility

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • The return request is initiated within 14 days of the delivery date
  • The product is unopened, in its original packaging, with all seals and labels intact
  • The item has not been used, lit, or activated in any manner

The following items are strictly non-returnable:

  • Any product whose tamper-evident seal or fragrance seal has been broken
  • Any candle that has been lit, even once
  • Any product that has been removed from its original packaging for use
  • Final sale or limited-edition items, which are marked as such at point of purchase

This policy exists not merely as a commercial necessity but as a matter of hygiene, product integrity, and respect for subsequent customers.

3. Damaged in Transit

We take exceptional care in packaging. If your order arrives damaged due to shipping:

  • You must notify us at hello@whisperbloomnyc.com within 48 hours of confirmed delivery
  • Your notification must include clear photographic evidence of: (a) the damaged item, (b) the damaged packaging, and (c) the shipping label
  • Claims submitted beyond the 48-hour window will not be eligible for review

Upon verification, we will offer, at our sole discretion, a replacement or store credit. We do not guarantee cash refunds for transit damage.

4. How to Initiate a Return

Email hello@whisperbloomnyc.com with:

  • Your order number
  • The item(s) you wish to return
  • A brief reason for the return
  • Photos, if applicable

We will respond within 3 business days with return instructions. Unauthorized returns — those sent without prior approval — will not be accepted and may be returned to the sender at the customer's expense.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error.

5. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days of our receipt and inspection of the returned item. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
