Shipping policy
At Whisper Bloom NYC LLC, every order is packed with the same deliberateness with which it was made. Below you will find everything you need to know about how your order travels from our atelier to you.
1. Order Processing
All orders are processed within 2–3 business days of purchase confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will begin processing on the next business day.
During high-volume periods — including limited-edition launches and seasonal collections — processing times may extend slightly. You will be notified by email if there is a meaningful delay.
2. Shipping Rates
Orders under $99.00 ship for $12.99 (standard shipping). Orders of $99.00 and above qualify for free standard shipping, applied automatically at checkout.
3. Delivery Timeframes
Standard shipping typically arrives within 5–8 business days after dispatch. Delivery timeframes are estimates and are not guaranteed. Whisper Bloom NYC LLC is not responsible for carrier delays beyond our control.
4. Shipping Carriers
We ship via USPS, UPS, or FedEx, selected based on your location and order size.
5. Shipping Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate at the time of purchase. Whisper Bloom NYC LLC is not responsible for orders delayed or undelivered due to incorrect address information. Address correction requests must be submitted within 12 hours of order placement.
6. Damaged or Lost Shipments
If your order arrives damaged, please refer to our Refund Policy for the 48-hour photographic evidence requirement.
If tracking indicates your order was delivered but you have not received it, please contact us at hello@whisperbloomnyc.com within 5 business days of the marked delivery date. Whisper Bloom NYC LLC is not liable for packages confirmed as delivered by the carrier.
7. International Shipping
At this time, Whisper Bloom NYC LLC ships within the United States only. International shipping availability will be announced via our official channels when applicable.
