The Story
There is a particular quality of silence that exists at altitude — above the treeline, above the noise, above the altitude where anything is required of you.
Most people in Manhattan have not been there recently. Most people in Manhattan have not been anywhere quiet in longer than they can precisely remember.
The Silent Peak was made for the woman who carries that silence inside her anyway. Who has learned, through some combination of will and necessity, to maintain an interior stillness that the city cannot touch — not because she is removed from it, but because she has gone far enough inside herself that the noise no longer reaches.
Bergamot and juniper open it — cold, precise, the smell of air that has not been breathed by anyone else yet. Pine and cypress move through the heart alongside rose and jasmine, which have no business being this restrained and are, here, exactly that. The cedarwood and amber base arrives like the ground itself — solid, unhurried, indifferent to everything above it.
This is not a calming candle in the way the category usually means that. It is not asking you to relax.
It is asking you to remember that underneath everything the day has put on top of you — the meetings, the decisions, the performance of being fine — there is something that has not moved. That does not move. That will still be there when the city finally goes quiet at 3 a.m., and you are left alone with yourself.
That part of you does not need tending. It needs witnessing.
This candle does that.

I sent this directly to my mom and was a little nervous because I wouldn’t see the packaging first. She called me as soon as she opened it and kept talking about how beautiful the presentation was.
I was nervous the glass dome might feel a little cheap in person, but it doesn’t. It has a nice weight to it and the whole piece feels much more substantial than I expected.
It looks almost exactly like the photos, which honestly was what I was worried about ordering online. The color is beautiful and the details are much easier to appreciate in person.
I’ve burned it a few evenings now and the wax has been melting evenly for me. I trim the wick before lighting it and haven’t had any smoking issues so far.
I bought this for the scent but honestly I leave it out because it looks so good on my nightstand. It doesn’t have that obvious “candle jar” look.
My friend asked about it before I even lit it. She thought the cloche was some kind of decorative piece, which made me laugh because that was part of why I bought it.
I like the little ritual of taking the glass dome off before lighting it and putting it beside the candle. It sounds silly, but it makes lighting it feel more intentional.
