How to Use & Care

• Before each burn, trim the wood wick to 1/8–1/4 inch (3–6 mm).
• Move the purple crystal pieces and any loose décor away from direct flame contact before lighting.
• Place the bowl on a stable, level, heat-resistant surface away from fabric and paper.
• Burn only within sight, and keep away from children and pets.
• For best performance, limit each burn to 2–3 hours.
• The concrete bowl may become warm. Do not touch or move it while the candle is burning.
• Let the wax and vessel cool fully before moving or washing the bowl. Avoid sudden temperature changes that may stress the material.
• Store in a cool, dry place away from heat sources. Stop use when 1/2 inch (12 mm) of wax remains.

The Story

The bowl is charcoal grey and heavy in a way that is immediately legible to the hands — the weight of hand-fired concrete, of actual material, of something that was not optimized for lightness.
