It feels giftable before you even get to the candle. I ordered one for a friend and ended up coming back for one for myself.
My friend asked about it before I even lit it. She thought the cloche was some kind of decorative piece, which made me laugh because that was part of why I bought it.
I originally bought it for the living room, but it ended up becoming my bedroom candle. I light it while I’m getting ready for bed and now I associate the scent with winding down.
It ended up on the little table next to my reading chair and now that corner feels strangely incomplete when I move it somewhere else.
I like the little ritual of taking the glass dome off before lighting it and putting it beside the candle. It sounds silly, but it makes lighting it feel more intentional.
